There’s deep knowledge in Rheaume’s treatment of the cold and ice, drawn – he says – from growing up in Ottawa. That city gave him his lifelong focus on the weather.

I don’t like snow and cold but love these paintings! They tell a story, my fav is the Shinny Player with the Northern Lights.
the accompanying music has such a soft wintery snow feeling which enhances the great art work. well done! Almost makes we want to go outside in the snow…but not quite.
