Renowned Canadian contemporary artist Sandra Meigs explains in this moving short film how her sojourn in the woods of Algonquin Park led to her electrifying work about climate change (see the longer Art Junkie post here). Her exhibition Sublime Rage at the McMichael reflected Meigs’ concerns – and the public’s anxiety – about the degredation of our environment.
