I could not resist doing an update on a food artist I have followed since she first took hold of our imaginations. Her colorful geometric style made all hell bake loose on the frontier of contemporary pie art, and her iconic signature spoke design has been dubbed the “modern lattice.”
When I first posted in 2019 on the Seattle-based Lauren Ko, she was a rising star on Instagram, TV, the Web and other platforms. Now she’s a super-star constantly on cooking shows, and other programs built around her talent. Be sure to check out the video on the original post (here).
