Calgary freelance illustrator Sho Uehara’s cartoon concepts are marvelous. The Alberta College of Art & Design grad’s sketchbooks are full of these endearing cartoon characters. So I totally agree with you. I don’t see work like this very often in the concept character field, although artists who do concepts are obviously very talented. It’s just not my thing. These, though, are hard to resist. Thanks for your support!
