Accomplished figurative painter Erin Armstrong is on gallery talent watch lists everywhere. She opens a solo show at Duran Mashaal gallery in Montreal next month, (Above: Winds Symphony, 2023, Acrylic on canvas, 40 x 40″)
Armstrong’s rep is solid, no wonder with the popularity of her work. She has already exhibited in the U.S. and internationally (Australia, Sweden, Norway, Paris, London & Geneva) with a show scheduled for Italy in the fall. (Above: Swirl Of Night 60×72″)
When the Art Junkie first featured her in 2019 (see that post here) Armstrong had already been tabbed by Saatchi Art as one of the world’s 20 emerging artists to watch. Now, Toronto-based and in demand, her life is productive but chaotic. (See a recent Nuvo profile here) Definitely an artist to continue to watch.
Exhibition opens April 6 at Duran Mashaal in Montreal
