Sketching by the water, especially while travelling, is inspiring – particularly when there’s a beautiful harbor in sight.
Carriacou Harbor, where artist Trisha Ray and party stopped by dinghy for ice and supplies while sailing. It’s an island just off Grenada in the eastern Caribbean.

Spanish architect Luis Ruiz Padrón was inspired by the urban setting of the harbor at Málaga
Kaw Thaung Harbor, Myeik, Myanmar, by travel artist Trisha Ray (also featured previously on this post)
“I completely fell in love with this cute little harbor and I had this lovely view from the terrace of my B&B” – Artist Bonnie-Britt, aka bb-Aquarelle. More here

Thank you so much for that comment, I’m happy you’re enjoying it.
I love all these gorgeous sketchbooks.
Thanks for commenting, lovely to hear that.
I’ve anchored in pretty much the same spot between Monhegan and Manana, was surprised to recognize it so easily.
Well that’s a little bit of synchronicity! Looks like a lovely spot. Thanks for that.
