Sometimes I think artists are inspired by other artists, and don’t realize it.
Perhaps they saw an image fleetingly. It remains in the back of the mind, eventually manifesting.

Such an interesting and eye catching thought on the fires. I would have liked to have seen some flames in the background for even more impact, because her colors are so vibrant.
I certainly get that point. I wonder whether it was a matter of asking us to think where we might go outside the fire zones to relax and absorb the non-burning environment for a while. That kind of respite is pretty much at a premium anywhere north of major cities in Canada. Such an interesting observation – thank you for weighing in.
