Drew Burnham: Stylized & Colourful

Graham Island 48 X 64 IN

Drew Burnham has been doing sold out shows for a decade, including this one just ended at Bau-Xi in Vancouver. Well known for his stylized realist portrayals of  Coastal British Columbia, his vivid colours, unique form, and glazed painted lines make his works jump to life. “The paintings seem to pulse with an inherent rhythm as the artist employs his own highly recognizable visual vocabulary,” the Vancouver gallery says.

  1. Thanks, I really appreciate it. Re the “likes,” hmmm I’m not sure. I know you have to go to the actual blog post from the reader to “like” it. You make a good point if you used to have a like button here on the reader. I’ll look into it.

  2. Love these!
Unrelated question: I can still click on “like” in the email and get here, but I don’t see the “like” option here anymore. Wondering how you track visitors now – just through the site stats? I always liked the “like” to say I was here, but that’s me. Just curious. Love your blog so much!

Something to say?
