The Museum of London has just put on display a unique panoramic view of a lost London landscape painted before the great fire of 1834 destroyed the parliament buildings. It was created in 1815 by the French artist Pierre Prévost, and acquired by the museum last year. The epic panorama (20 feet wide) records what London looked like 200 years ago.
